In 2023\, the Weston Cup & Showcase had 1\,000+ teams from throughout Florida\, multiple states\, and internationally that competed nine facilities which included over 40 playing fields in Weston\, Davie\, Coral Springs and Naples.   Weston Cup & Showcase has been recognized as one of the top-15 youth tournaments in the United States\, click here for details. \nThe tournament will offer five levels of competition: MLS Next (by invitation). Showcase\, Gold\, Silver\, and Bronze for U9 through U19 boys & girls teams. For 2023 we are again expecting roughly 900+ teams from throughout Florida\, out-of-state and internationally. The Weston Cup & Showcase is sanctioned by Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) & US Soccer. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFEBRUARY 17-19\, 2024\n\n\nWHEN: Competition will begin on Saturday\, February 17 and the tournament concludes with Finals on Monday\, February 19. It is possible that teams may begin play on Friday evening\, February 16. Teams from out of the area who wish to play on Friday\, in an effort to spread out their games\, may also be able to do so\, but no guarantees can be made to accommodate such requests. The Circuit is designed to provide structured competition for the growing number of club lacrosse operators who are taking top players from different regions and forming national teams to compete against other elite programs. \nThe Circuit will launch in 2022-23 with two events for boys’ national teams at the 5th-8th grade age levels. The first event will take place at the Proving Grounds in Conshohocken\, PA in October 2022\, and the second in Florida in late December.  Rather than a tournament format\, Circuit Events will feature each participating team playing a total of four games over the course of the weekend. These games will be played under college rules\, including shot clocks. The first event will take place at the Proving Grounds in Conshohocken\, PA in October 2022\, and the second in Florida in late December.  Rather than a tournament format\, Circuit Events will feature each participating team playing a total of four games over the course of the weekend. These games will be played under college rules\, including shot clocks. If we teach them positive lessons\, such as playing by the rules\, our young athletes will learn to live by the rules. \nTo lend members support yet remaining NON-INTRUSIVE to local operations. \nTo make youth football and cheer ALL-INCLUSIVE\, by not excluding participants based on superficial factors (such as weight\, finances or athletic ability). \nTo encourage programs for special needs\, at-risk and anti-gang groups\, as well as the international football community. \nAbout AYF\n \nAmerican Youth Football (AYF) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation that provides support services\, scholarships\, grants\, community programs and tournaments to member organizations who service over one million members in 50 states and several countries worldwide.
