- Gulf Coast Conference Champion (Southern States SC – Hattiesburg, MS)
- Lone Star Conference Champion (Brownsville NPSL – Brownsville, TX)
- Southeast Conference Champion (Apotheos FC – Kennesaw, GA)
- Sunshine Conference Champion (Naples United – Naples, FL)
- Teams are seeded 1-4 based on regular season PPG
- Semifinals and Final matches will be hosted at the same location, hosted by the #1 seed
- If the #1 seed is unable to host, the host opportunity moves to the next highest seeded team
- If the host team is not the #1 seed, the host will assume the #1 seed and the remaining teams will be re-seeded
