Paradise Coast Sports Complex Announces John Sullivan as New General Manager

(NAPLES, Fla.) Jul. XX, 2026– Paradise Coast Sports Complex (PCSC) has announced John Sullivan as its new general manager.

Sullivan brings decades of leadership experience spanning operations, finance, strategic planning, business development, public-sector administration, and large-scale event and venue oversight. His background includes executive roles in both the public and private sectors, where he led teams, managed major budgets, oversaw complex operations, and helped drive significant revenue growth.

“It is a great honor to be given the opportunity to manage such a tremendous facility,” said Sullivan. “It’s obviously been serving the community very well, and I intend to make sure that not only continues, but that we make improvements and offer new opportunities to local residents and visitors.”

Sullivan said the opportunity was a natural fit because of his background working with local governments, special events, and stadium environments, as well as his desire to become actively involved in his new Southwest Florida community. Born and raised in Chicago, Sullivan is relocating to the area with his wife, Adriana, and joins the venue with a strong belief in the positive impact sports can have on youth, families, and communities.

At PCSC, Sullivan plans to build on the venue’s strong foundation as a destination for both local play and traveling events. He noted that the complex not only serves residents with meaningful field access, but also supports the regional economy by attracting visitors who stay in local hotels and patronize nearby restaurants and businesses. He also emphasized the venue’s role as an employer and workforce development partner in the area, with more than 100 local team members and internship opportunities for students.

In his first year, Sullivan said he hopes to diversify and grow the complex’s non-sports event offerings so that even more residents can enjoy the venue through concerts and community events. Looking ahead, he plans to help advance the completion of Field 9 and support the long-term vision for expanded amenities, including additional baseball and softball fields and an indoor facility that would broaden opportunities for local users and visiting organizations alike.

“I am passionate about family, friends, community and sports and the impact they have on our youth,” Sullivan said. “Understanding the critical role that participating in sports and athletics can have on individuals will guide me as the venue’s general manager and drive me to make sure we are providing the best possible experience and environment for the youth who come through our facility, as well as their families and coaches.”
