Lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing sports in the Southeast, and regional and national tournaments are beginning to flock to Paradise Coast Sports Complex to take advantage of the world-class playing surfaces as well as picturesque weather.
One of the main attractions to PCSC is the state-of-the-art stadium which features 3,500 seats on the home side, along with 8 party suites and 2 party decks. In all, it can accommodate about 5,000 for a soccer/lacrosse/football game.
On top of the stadium, Paradise Coast Sports Complex’s eight full-sized synthetic turf fields convert to lacrosse fields with ease, and with yet another full-sized synthetic turf field coming online in Phase 3 — Paradise Coast Sports Complex is quickly becoming a mecca for lacrosse!
Even though PCSC hosts numerous lacrosse tournaments, training and spring training sessions throughout the year, one of the most prominent weekends of the year is when the Winter Classic and SWFL Shootout comes to town each February. In years past, the shootout has featured Division 1 men’s college lacrosse teams from Duke, Notre Dame, Michigan, Ohio State, Marquette and Virginia but in 2024, PCSC welcomed University of Tampa vs. Florida Atlantic University as well as Michigan vs. Marquette.
