The Naples Fine Art Show has found a new home, as Hot Works Fine Art Shows has moved the popular event to Paradise Coast Sports Complex. Set for Nov. 12-13, the Naples Fine Art Show changes locations from the Italian-American Club of Naples to Collier County’s 180-acre multipurpose sports complex just north of the intersection of SR 951 and I-75.
Admission and parking to the Naples Fine Arts Show both days is free from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and optional donations support the Institute for the Arts & Education.
“The decision to move an important local event is never easy,” Hot Works founder Patty Narozny said. “However, the loss of parking, increased traffic, increased expenses and logistics at the Italian-American Club made it impossible to provide a great experience for both artists and attending art patrons.”
Hot Works Fine Art Shows are consistently recognized nationally as one of the “Top 100 Art Fairs in America.” After more than 20 years of producing shows, Narozny has earned the loyal following of thousands of artists and patrons who follow her shows in Sarasota, Naples, Boca Raton, and Estero/Fort Myers.
The Naples Fine Arts Show features Latin American sculpture artist Luis Amador. For years, Luis crafted his passion for art. His work encompasses a wide range of media and reveals a rich and variant source of inspiration for nature and purified form. Luis concentrated his talents on the perfect combination of wood, aluminum, resin, and pewter that characterize his decorative designs. His art has a well-balanced mix of contemporary and modern styles that will accent any room.
The show features quality fine art and crafts created by award-winning artists. New homeowners will find amazing paintings, sculptures, and authentically unique handmade gifts in clay, glass, fiber, wood, jewelry, and more – all made in a wide range of prices by top professional artists. “Some artists are traveling from as far as Texas and California,” Narozny said.
Narozny’s passion for encouraging young artists led her to create the Youth Arts Competition. Young artists from grades 6-12 or ages 9-19 are invited to exhibit at each show, learn about an art career, and compete for cash prizes and ribbons. Last year one young artist sold a painting for $2,200! The non-profit Institute for the Arts & Education presents the awards and ribbons. Local artists in the appropriate age range are encouraged to apply to exhibit before the deadline of Nov. 1.
