FWC

Two members of the Paradise Coast Sports Complex team have been honored by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission for their efforts in assisting FWC officers.

PCSC General Manager Adrian Moses and The Factory manager Aisha Denault-Sweet were presented plaques thanking them for their distinguished service in helping protect the people and resources of the State of Florida.

“It was with great appreciation to be able to recognize Aisha Denault-Sweet and Adrian Moses from the Factory at Paradise Sports Complex, for their dedication and support of the FWC Physical Fitness Program here in Collier County,” said FWC Lieutenant Joshua Caraker. “We look forward to working with them in the years to come as we continue to strengthen our FWC family, they have truly given us a home where we can gather to conduct our workouts.”

Several FWC officers utilize The Factory – PCSC’s open-air workout pavilion that consists of five unique areas: National Fitness Court, Open-Air Classroom, MoveStrong Obstacle Course, Open-Air Weight Room and The Lake Trail complete with MoveStrong workout stations along the path – on a weekly basis to hone their physical skills.

“There are many things that working at Paradise Coast as the manager of the Factory has offered me in my career as a fitness trainer,” Denault-Sweet said. “One of the best is my relationships with the people who come in. I have been honored by the FWC with a Distinguished Service Award. My work with them has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have had. I am truly humbled to have received this award from the FWC, whom I admire so much for their service to our community.”

The mission of Sports Facilities Companies, which manages PCSC for Collier County, is to improve the health and economic vitality of the communities we serve. That mission draws parallels to FWC’s mission, which is managing fish and wildlife resources for their long-term well-being and the benefit of people.

“We are humbled and honored to be recognized by the FWC for these awards,” Moses said. “At Paradise Coast Sports Complex we look forward to continuing to support those that serve our community.”
