Located just off Collier Blvd, also known as Rt. 951, by Exit 101 of I-75, The Factory at Paradise Coast Sports Complex is an outdoor fitness center like no other. As part of our 175-acre sports complex delivering amateur sports tournaments, youth soccer, lacrosse, football, and more, all played on one of five professional-level turf fields, The Factory is a one-of-a-kind open-air fitness center offering our local community friends, neighbors, and vacationers five unique fitness zones conveniently located right next to The Great Lawn and The Cove Beer and Wine Bar.
Looking for a night out? The Cove Beer and Wine Bar is the newest social and family friendly hotspot in Naples. We also feature full-length blockbuster movies projected under the stars on our 40-foot jumbotron screen on the third Thursday of every month, as well.
But if you’re into physical fitness, lifting weights, exercising your body, and working on that six-pack, The Factory is the place to be.
You can hike on The Lake Trail with MoveStrong workout stations strategically placed along the path. Or power through your exercise routines in our custom designed National Fitness Court® or MoveStrong Obstacle Course. Into lifting weights to build muscle mass? How about taking advantage of our Open-Air Weight Room? We also feature an Open-Air Classroom that can be rented as often as necessary by fitness teachers holding regular classes.
At The Factory, you can experience a state-of-the-art outdoor fitness center, open to the public at no charge. Both men and women can enjoy our advanced outdoor training platform, while taking advantage of the southwest Florida sunshine. Our Lake Trail with MoveStrong workout stations is also free to the public.
Want to get more deeply involved in a total fitness program? Our MoveStrong membership offers functional fitness equipment that uses your own body as resistance. Other basic fitness equipment is also included, like dead weights and free form moving objects to promote and ensure free range of movement, balance, and stability. And it’s designed for all ages and abilities.
The MoveStrong membership also offers the Open-Air Weight Room, featuring a wide variety of fitness equipment that builds endurance and strength.
And our Open-Air Classroom is a wide-open workout space with a rubberized workout surface, perfect for yoga, Pilates, or other lesser-impact exercise programs. This is also a great rental space to host private fitness classes.
